The Court will continue utilizing Electronic Recording for Limited Civil, Misdemeanor and Infraction case types pursuant to GC69957. Please see Local Rule 130 for additional information.

Jury Service

The right to a trial by jury is a privilege that applies to both criminal and civil cases and is recognized as the foundation of the American court system, guaranteed by both U.S. and California Constitutions.

The Kings County Superior Court is warning the public of a phone scam after receiving reports of calls received requesting money for failing to appear for jury service. Click here for more details.
