It
is the policy of this Court that an Official Court Reporter will normally
be available in all departments with the exception of: Small Claims,
Traffic, Trials De Novo and Judgment Debtor Examinations (CRC 891(b)(1))
Fees
to report all civil matters are $150.00 for each half-day and $300.00 for
each full day.
A
half-day fee shall be charged for any matter which lasts more than one
hour.
A
full day fee shall be charged for any matter which last more than four
hours.

Fees
shall be paid to the courtroom clerk within the Department where the
proceedings will be conducted (GC 68086)
